Claremont Beach, Sutton
Sea FishingA sheltered sand beach on the Sutton side of the Howth isthmus, with shallow, gently shelving ground typical of inner Dublin Bay. Flounder, dab and bass are the main quarry, with codling and dogfish after dark in the colder months. Its easy walk-on access makes it a good option when the open coast is too rough.
