Dún Laoghaire East Pier
Sea FishingThe granite East Pier at Dún Laoghaire is one of Dublin's most accessible and popular marks, offering deep, clean water right off the pier wall. Mackerel and garfish provide fast summer sport on float gear, while pollack, coalfish and wrasse hold tight to the structure and grey mullet patrol the harbour. It is a busy walkway, so fish considerately and keep well clear of moorings.
